ビリーで夏疲れに勝利！！
皆さん、元気ですか。毎日暑いですね。バテてませんか。でもこの暑さに負けてはいけません。日本人は野菜と魚を食べる人種。だけどこれだけではいけません。やっぱり野菜と鶏肉と魚、この栄養のバランスの取れた食事を心がけましょう。でもいくら食べても運動しないですぐに寝てしまうのもいけません。ブクブク太ってしまいます。食べたら消化するまで３０分寝ないで座って待ち、その後
.水分をこまめに取りながら全身運動をしましょう。水分は１日８リットル取りましょう。この厚さでも俺はビリーズブートキャンプをやっています。なぜなら汗をかく絶好の季節ですから。俺も現在４３才でまだ若い。俺以下の若者も厚さにドンドン勝って行きましょう。

How are you, everybody? It is hot every day. Do not you get completely exhausted? But you must not lose this heat. The race that the Japanese eats vegetables and a fish. But it should not be only this. After all let's keep vegetables and chicken and a fish, the meal which I got of the balance of this nourishment in mind. But what sleep immediately cannot go without exercising even if I eat no matter how much. I get fatter and fatter. A seat waits without sleeping for 30 minutes till I digest it if I eat and will exercise from head to foot while taking the water diligently afterwards. The water will take 8 liters on 1st. I do Billy boot camp on this thickness. Because because it is a perfect season to sweat. I am still young at 43 years old now, too. The youth less than me will overcome thickness steadily.

とうとう、捕まってしまった。
俺は今日、自宅から２分位離れた新しく出来たコンビニ「ヤマザキショップ」に出かけた。パンとコーヒーを買った。コンビニの近くにはバス停があり、そこのバス停には茶色ペンキで塗った人が４人座れる木のベンチがある。俺はベンチに座ってパンとコーヒーを飲食していた。しばらくして知人の女性が自転車に乗ってコンビニに買い物に来た。俺はその知人女性を呼び止め「聞きたい事もあるので話がしたい」と言って一緒にベンチに座り会話していた。それからしばらく知人女性と会話してると男の同級生が俺を見つけ近寄ってきた。とうとう捕まってしまった、と思った。なぜなら実はその同級生はキリスト教を信仰しており歴史オタクで一旦話すと、とどまる所を知らず１日でも２日でもずっと話している男だったのです。同級生は俺に得意げに話してきた。俺は意味も分からずにずっと聞いていた。途中で知人女性は俺の前から立ち去った。俺は知人女性にさよならを告げ、男の同級生の話をずっと聞いていた。しばらくしてから俺は同級生の話を聞くのが嫌になり、同級生の前から立ち去った。

I went to the remote convenience store "Yamazaki shop" which I was able to modernize today from the home for around 2 minutes. I bought bread and coffee. There is a bus stop in the neighborhood of the convenience store, and there is the bench of the tree which brown person 4 who painted it can sit down on at the bus stop over there. I sat on the bench and ate and drank with bread and coffee. The woman of the acquaintance rode a bicycle and came to the convenience store for shopping in a few minutes. I hailed the acquaintance woman and was said to "want to do a story because I could hear" it by me and sat on the bench together and talked. Then the classmate of the man found me when I talked with an acquaintance woman for a while and approached. I thought that I had been caught at last. Because it was the man who talked all the time in a day even on 2nd without knowing a place to remain in when, in fact, it believed in Christianity, and the classmate spoke it with the history otaku once. The classmate talked to me proudly. I heard it all the time without understanding the meaning. The acquaintance woman left in front of me on the way. I told good-bye to an acquaintance woman and heard the story of the classmate of the man all the time. I came to hate hearing the story of the classmate and left in front of a classmate since I did it for a while.

いよいよ今日、８月２５日世界陸上大阪大会開幕ですね。メタボや普通の痩せただけの人じゃない格好いい筋肉美の男女の超人が世界各国から集まってくるスポーツの祭典です。俺は、ビリーズブートキャンプしながら世界陸上に出ている超人の応援します。皆さんは、どうですか？さあ、皆さん熱く盛り上がりましょう。汗かくという面では一緒なので皆で体感しよう。
